Hello everyone. My name is Mia Jones and I am a contemporary romance author.

 

Here is a little about me.

 

I was born and raised in Iowa and still reside there with my husband and children. I’m an author of contemporary romance novels and devote hours to creating steamy novels with happy endings. I hope my books will entertain you, make you laugh, and sometimes make you cry.

 

I started writing when I was thirteen. I found writing was a way to comfort myself during my rough teenage years, but I never stopped. It was only when my mother and one of my sisters pushed me that I finally sent a novel to be published, and—to my surprise— people enjoyed it and asked for more.

 

You can usually find me at my home in the country surrounded by my family and many animals. A majority of the time, I'm in my quiet little office conjuring up whole new interesting families and communities.

 

Some of my favorite things are spending time with my family, my dogs, riding horses, gardening, cooking, hiking and, of course, writing and reading romance novels.
